With over 25 years of experience .... Born and raised in Mexico City, Elizabeth moved to the United States 31 years ago after marrying her husband, Randy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
Completely bilingual in English and Spanish, Elizabeth began her insurance career as a captive agent selling Medicare plans for UnitedHealthcare. After a few years, she became an independent broker, opening her own business so she could offer more Medicare plans from multiple insurance carriers and better serve her clients.
Elizabeth is an expert in Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid health insurance. As her business continued to grow, Elizabeth exp. anded her services to include Life Insurance, Long-Term Care, and Retirement Planning, eventually renaming the company Wisconsin Insurance Services LLC.
Elizabeth is passionate about serving her community and volunteers as the director of a Hispanic senior group called “Corazones Jóvenes.” She believes that preventing senior isolation is extremely important, and she organizes weekly Friday events and gatherings for the group. Supporting and connecting with seniors in the community truly fulfills her heart.

Daymay’s professional background brings valuable experience to the clients she serves today. From 2015 to 2022, she worked in the banking industry, helping individuals and families with their financial needs. During that time, she gained experience working with complex financial matters such as Power of Attorney documents and Revocable and Irrevocable Trust accounts, giving her a strong foundation for assisting clients with important life decisions.
In 2022, Daymay began her career in health insurance, focusing on understanding and guiding clients through the many available coverage options. She assists individuals with health insurance plans for coverage both before and after Medicare, helping people find plans that fit both their healthcare needs and their budgets.
Daymay is deeply committed to serving her community and helping people navigate complicated healthcare systems. She is passionate about helping individuals take action when they need better healthcare coverage or assistance with medical costs.
She is an active volunteer with a Caregiver Coalition, where she dedicates her time to helping organize events and resources for caregivers in the community. Daymay also volunteers at Casa Alba, where she assists individuals with tasks such as reviewing medical bills, explaining healthcare paperwork, and applying for programs like Extra Help.
